We wanted to give a special contribution to individuals who gave their best in implementing the digital framework in their agency’s marketing campaigns. We interviewed Andrew Ruditser, Co-Founder and Full Stack Web Developer from MAXBURST, Inc. Enjoy reading his answers. What inspires you to do what you do? “Web Design fascinates me. I thoroughly enjoy the duality of it. The balance of Design and Development.” What do you like the most about marketing? “The brainstorming sessions that we conduct for our clients and then seeing our ideas in action and yielding strong results.” Do you have a favorite marketing campaign? Share an example with us. (It doesn’t have to be done by your agency) “I’ve always been a fan of the Absolute Vodka bottle ads. I think this campaign is pure genius.” How would you describe your role in the agency? What are you responsible for? “I am a Co-Founder and a Full Stack Web Developer.” What kind of books do you read? “I read very few books but enjoy reading lots of trade magazines like Website Magazine, The Smashing Magazine, Entrepreneur and Wired.” Do you have any book recommendations? “Not at the moment.” If you had 15 minutes to talk with a successful person, who would you choose and why? “Neil Armstrong. Find out first hand exactly how he felt the moment he stepped on the moon and glanced at the Earth from that distance.” What do you do for fun? “Spending time with my 2 kids and traveling.” What keeps you awake at night? “Watching World News before bed. If I want to get a good night’s sleep I avoid it at all costs.” What is the first thing you do in the morning? “Reach for my iPhone to see if any important emails came in during the night.” Which superpower would you like to have? “Teleportation, for so many reasons!” Do you watch TV shows? Which ones? “Yes, my favorites are: Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Sons of Anarchy, Dexter and Breaking Bad.” What is a success for you? “Above all it is the ability to maintain a comfortable lifestyle for my family and for myself while enjoying the day to day work that comes with it.” What human qualities do you like among your colleagues? “Honesty, Integrity and Humor.” Share with us one precious moment from your #agencylife.
