The old website was outdated and inefficient, so Carglass approached Net Efficiency to redesign the site’s user experience and interface. About the Project: Carglass Italy needed a new website for users to be able to efficiently book glass replacements for their car. The old website was outdated and inefficient, so Carglass approached Net Efficiency to redesign the site’s user experience and interface. Main Challenge(s): The main challenge was updating the site to match the needs of the industry and its preferences that Net Efficiency has come to understand over the years of working with the automobile industry. The new site needed to be integrated with the customers’ insurance plans, and to increase the ease of use of the site. Agency Solution(s): The new site was designed to improve accessibility and assistance for the user in their time of need. To achieve this, Net Efficiency implemented a system that centralized all appointments in one location and made it easier for customers to book an appointment by entering their registration number of their vehicle. Upon entering their registration number, the site automatically cross-references their registration number with the vehicle registration department’s database and lists the exact make and model of their vehicle. Results: Since implementing the new site, Carglass Italy’s site traffic has increased steadily each month. Additionally, the new site made the booking process much easier for business and customer, and made branch management easier for the managers of each location.
