We wanted to deliver an Assessment Management Platform for our company. We have many positions in our company and manage all of them is quite hard. So we needed an application to manage all this stuff and give a clear picture for any employee of the company how they can improve their skills and on which positions they can be promoted.
We didn’t have a huge specification doc, that’s why we were needed a company with experience in our area and full-cycle service.
We delivered the first iteration of the product and right now working on the second iteration.
One of the goals of the app was to develop functionality that allows to easy making assessments tests from any device, especially mobile devices. We have good results here, pages loads fast in 1-3 seconds and works on any device.
We did several internal tests and got very positive results from our employees.
Right now we are doing the next steps in our project development.
We are very satisfied with our experience with Codica so far.
