InterCity is the app for booking tickets for intercity minibusses. With the help of MVP, we were planning to find out more information about the project’s business hypothesis, identify the demanding level of its main features, and grab statistics about its target audience, without overspending valuable time and funds.

Challenge

To set up the functions in such a way that there was comfortable communication between drivers and customers. It was also our task to link the payment system to a mobile application for the convenience of passengers.

Solutions

Competitive analysis To form a list of minimum functions for the application. To create several design options for the app. To develop the Native Android app via Java. Our Android-developers took into account our list of functions that we identified during the analysis and developed an MVP product. A separate application has been developed for users and drivers.
