For many, the concept of creativity is specific to artists. Here, we provide the whole team with the tools and the freedom it needs to flourish: design, but also web development, management and communication.

“At MultipleMedia, ideas are shared, forces combined, and knowledge passed on. With the synergy of our team, and each player’s wealth of experience, we’re able to deliver incredible results.”

The Winning Combination

Our creative process combines our design knowledge (interfaces, ergonomics, and trends) as well as our expertise in emerging technologies. Our methodology is shaped to the beat of new digital developments, hence always changing.

Our designs are not adapted to the web; it’s the web that guides each creation!

With all the new devices available, the same principle applies. Our digital projects are conceived for the mobile user, their interaction with the platform and the adaptability of the content to various formats.

Our achievements are the result of a fluid and transparent process tailored to the needs of our customers. A particular emphasis is given to user-friendliness as well as accessibility of information.

An Integrated Approach

The creative process is part of the key stages of completing a digital project:

  • strategic ideation and definition of requirements
  • selection of the best technology
  • inspirational mood boards
  • User experience and interactive wireframes
  • Evocative branding
  • Catchy graphic design
  • Visual quality control (QA)

Strategic Ideation and Definition of Requirements

Users are the center of our attention. From the start of a project, we decipher their behaviour by relying on highly accurate analysis criteria. This methodology will facilitate a memorable and functional user experience on all devices (computers, tablets and mobile).

The brief establishes a solid foundation for each project. Then we can begin strategic brainstorming with the client and start the creative process.

Selection of the Best Technology

Our technological expertise allows us to select a digital platform that fits all the needs expressed.

In putting forward information usability and accessibility principles, we ensure that every website offers an optimal experience for users while remaining simple to use for content managers.

Inspirational Mood Boards

Tracking the latest digital trends in ergonomics, but also user experience, the art director handles project ideation.

In line with strategic recommendations as well as the client’s needs and branding, several visual and experiential suggestions are grouped in an interactive mood board.

Going through different visual proposals with the client captures his impressions and preferences in real-time, orienting the rest of the creative process.

User Experience and Interactive Wireframes

A memorable user experience, relevant on all devices (computers, tablets and mobile) and meeting the client’s objectives is developed through the analysis and verification of several criteria.

MultipleMedia’s conceptual approach to user experience integrates analysis and thorough verification.

Wireframes allow for a preparatory verification of hypothesis and technical specifications.

Designed in a responsive format, it identifies the content elements of each page and thus displays the website in a mobile and tablet device screen resolution.

We favour the use of Axure RP, a tool that generates interactive and clickable prototypes. Managed from a single browser, it can then be shared with a wider approval group.

Evocative Branding

Based on the user experience elements previously selected, art direction sets the visual foundation of the project.

Perfectly in line with the client’s identity, the branding is created or applied to the design, through the choice of colours, fonts, element sizing and imagery.

At this stage of the creative process, our team secures key visuals that will convey a powerful message in synch with the objectives and vision of the brand.

Catchy Graphic Design

The graphic design mockup then illustrates the sample pages.

While the wireframe identified the content elements as well as their positioning in the interface, graphic design focuses efforts towards visual elements. This systematic approach allows to easily detect items to adjust or correct.

The user experience cycle that started with a verification of strategic objectives will end with a verification of usability. It is then possible to update the developed interactive prototype to integrate the new visuals.

Visual Quality Control (QA)

The creative process would not be as important without a final round of verification.

Once the digital project completed, each department is involved in quality control. Design is no exception; their sharp eyes inspect every detail to ensure compliance with the mockups and the convergence of the client’s branding.

A Strong Digital Partnership

This whole creative process where the customer is very involved allows MultipleMedia to propose an innovative digital product perfectly on target.
