We’re based in California, but our reach and experience are global. Our 150+ professionals are located in six offices in the US, Mexico, and Russia. While our primary market is the US, we work with companies around the world and in every time zone. Our international experience enables us to bring a more diverse, globalized perspective to our projects. We are often able to use time zones to our advantage, expediting the development cycle by getting work done around the clock.
Our team has confidence in their own experience and opinions. As a rule, Distillery’s team members use their experience to provide ideas and opinions that are laser-focused on helping our clients achieve their goals and objectives. This means that we aren’t afraid to share opinions that may be unpopular, as long as we can back up those opinions with evidence-based explanations. We aren’t afraid to challenge a client’s or a colleague’s assumptions when the success of the product is at stake.
Our team also has a strong understanding of the importance of effective communication. As an international team of over 150 professionals operating across multiple time zones, Distillery thrives on effective, transparent, timely communication. We need to make sure every employee is committed to that goal.
Our CEO and founder, Andrey Kudievskiy, started his career in tech at the age of 19 while working on his degree in computer science. Within five years Andrey had established his first company and played a key role in creating a successful cloud synchronization startup that was sold to a Fortune 500 company. A serial entrepreneur and talented developer in his own right, he is currently focused on enabling other entrepreneurs to build businesses and continuing Distillery’s expansion in the U.S. and international markets.
