About the Client

LINE-X® is a global leader in protective coatings development and availability. They are the only franchised network in North America specializing in the automotive aftermarket and wide-ranging protective coatings services.

The Challenge

FCS was tasked to help grow the LINE-X social media communities by increasing their social metrics and to be a resource with their national franchisees. Before FCS started, LINE-X didn’t have anyone fully dedicated to the channels and FCS helped with it all.

The Solution

FCS created socially relevant short-form video content, engaging the community day in and out. The creative strategy was to optimize engaging moments during the application process and highlight the amazing work LINE-X provides for their customers.

The Result

With the video campaign implemented and daily community management, LINE-X has earned more than 7 million video views in the first 7 months of the new social strategy being launched and increased customer engagement by 4,000%.
