About the Client Vive más Seguro is one of the many social programs of the Carlos Slim Foundation. It serves as an online platform created for the general public, where valuable information is provided weekly to increase the safety of citizens, so that they can take care of themselves on the streets, make a community, know and recognize the types of violence and can prevent, know where to file their complaints, what the emergency numbers are or learn to resolve conflicts peacefully, among other things. It has a diploma and online training for governments, civil society organizations, community leaders and the general population. The Challenge Vive más Seguro was looking for a provider that could design and program its informative website, as well as generate a content strategy for social networks, a search engine positioning strategy and investment management in Facebook and Google. The Solution We worked on the website design and development, along with the social media and content strategy for the first 2 years of the program. We created blog content with SEO and social media content, giving people in México tips and news about security in the country, and helping them stay in the streets by learning different self-care techniques. Daily content was generated for publication on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. We wrote blog posts that were published on social networks and at the same time, helped to position the site organically in search engines. A landing page was created so that those interested in the diploma course could register and request information. A monthly report of results and scope was delivered, as well as improvement strategies for the campaign. The creation of a podcast was proposed. The Result As a result of the initial strategy, we created an engaged online community with over 60,000 followers.
