About the Client

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse wanted to celebrate its California roots with the Napa Valley Wine Harvest, a menu where guests can enjoy a wine pairing journey through Napa Valley.

Media Communications Plan

The Napa Valley Wine Harvest started as just a menu celebrating Fleming’s California roots, but we began to realize that it could be so much more. That immersion begins with learning about the four vineyards they encounter over the course of the meal. By focusing on the depth, richness, and complexity of each of them, as well as their climate, history, and how they team up with Fleming’s to pair their wine, Guests have the opportunity to experience the tasting menu in a brand new way.

 

The Napa Valley Wine Harvest grew from just a menu, into a comprehensive, immersive digital experience, with emails and banners that drove to a microsite experience where users can see each vineyard in 360°, view the menu, and make a reservation. With only two days and three crews, we shot the full experience, including still photography, 360° photography, 360° ad units, and social media content to help promote the event.

From Schramsberg, to Franciscan, to Trinchero, to Oberon, we shot hot spot video content where we learned about vintner’s passion for creating an incredible tasting experience.
