Designing a new platform to celebrate 400 years of Dutch culture in New York City

The Challenge

The key challenge was the design of a technology platform (B2C) to engage users in celebration of the anniversary and historical influence of 400 years old Dutch culture in New York City. Using evidence-based behavior design and gamification, and accessing additional sets of tools to answer how experiences are made were also challenges, along with behavior research and mapping in order to drive innovation.
